It comes down to choices that we make for ourselves, while for others, it becomes a lifetime of trying to decide what to do, living for today and not thinking about tomorrow, including the financial ramifications, and delusions it can bring. I have noticed throughout my life and career nineteen distinct characteristics that people portray of themselves from all levels of a business and lifestyles. My book will expand on even more. 1. Behavioral patterns without checks and balances in place create a gravitational pull of destruction that generates numerous risk factors within the company and other people as well, including the one (s) perpetrating the behavior. 2. Every business has a minimum of twenty-five to thirty-five percent of personnel that needs monitoring on a consistent basis to make sure that they are performing their job correctly and on a timely basis.3. They should be rewarded for little or no effort on their behalf. While evaluating themselves as having the perfect ingredients as an employee and personally.4. Job descriptions have taken place of legitimate work ethics is widely used that limits the productivity benefits for the working environment and that of others. 5. With the growing population, it is evident their job should be just to show up for work for the head count and paycheck. 6. Barriers come in all shapes and sizes instead of removing barriers. Theybecome an obstacle and ignored at all levels of businesses and personally. No consideration is given or the consequences of leaving them for someone else to deal with them. Different types of barriers are in various passages throughout the book. 7. It is about horse blinders as I call it. They have the inability to see the full picture and more times than not really do not care about anything or anyone else except for themselves. Including creating the falsehood of implications and the negative impact it assembles. 8. Attitudes I know everything or it is all about me. This then becomes a ticking time bomb of destruction. 9. I am too busy paraphrase syndrome.10. Leveling is vital criteria characteristic value, which can be a positive or a negative depending on how it is applied, becomes a crucial factor not considered for success. Leveling is in the chapter "31 Types of Management that Fail and Succeed.”11. Mistakes and errors are one of the costliest elements to a company and personally in a broad sense. Too much time spent and wasted of personnel and people forever trying to explain why.12. People are so worried about what is not their job; they forget to do their job. You will find in the chapter “30 Mentalities that Create Destruction”.13. Do not let the mediocrity of others stand in your way of excelling is an ongoing complex factor.14. 100 K attitudes with a five-cent mentality creates destruction, which derails and undermines the company’s overall productivity, mental state, and erodes the environment, atmosphere of businesses and people personally.15. The vast majority of people does not stop, listen, think, and then say. It is all about only want I want to hear or say.16. The lack of People Skill knowledge in the work environment has simply diminished to virtually nothing and accepted.17. Time and Motion have literally been abandoned and tucked away in a burial vault. 18. A recognized fault that most people literally make including one's judgments that propagate failure for themselves without even comprehending their own personal transgressions. 19. It is easier to blame someone else then take responsibility for your own actions, including the word "IF" which is widely used as a crutch
