The role of a Property Manager is a varied one. It can be managing holiday homes in various parts of the world; the management and administration of a collection of properties in a development or simply helping out a neighbour with a weekend holiday home next door. The person fitting the role could be someone operating a business with a high degree of responsibility through to a neighbour holding a key purely in case of emergencies.This guide is aimed at the former and my role as a Property Manager looking after holiday homes in the South of France.
